HM/RAMSA Dethroned!

For the moment at least.........

  1. Actually, that is not entirely true. There was a bug in the standings that considered number of wins to be a tie breaker after win percentage instead of win percentage followed by h2h followed by run ratio. This bug was just fixed. Since the win percentage of both PCF and HM/RAMSA are identical, and they have yet to play, the next tie breaker goes to ratio, which leaves the defending champs at the top of the list.

  2. but big props to PCF for giving the defending champs a run at the top seed - and possibly causing the commissioner to miss part of his family vacation.

  3. Luckily the commissioner has the "burden/luxury" of creating the playoff schedule so my vacation will not be an issue. our team's lackluster play however....a much bigger concern.

But 8/8 will be a big matchup indeed....

  5. Yeah, the "bug" was that number of wins was considered more important than h2h and run ratio (which is not the case per the official SLAM rules). Since HM/RAMSA has two ties, their record of 6-1-2 is the same win percentage as PCF's record of 7-2.
